We are an agricultural firm currently run by Juan Trías del Romero, member ofthe third generation of the family, dedicated to the production and commercialization of high quality rice under the brand name ILLA DE RIU. We produce Certified Seed rice and hold the Official Qualification of Seed Selectors.

La Genuina es un restaurante de Oviedo, con más de 15 años de historia, especializado en arroces. Es un referente en Oviedo y fuera de la capital asturiana, ya que las redes sociales y el boca oreja lo han convertido en un lugar de culto entre quienes saben apreciar un buen arroz. Todo ello no sería posible sin una materia prima excelente: el arroz Illa de Riu.
